Bayleys Realty Group is set to return to Britain for the fourth year running looking for people to buy Kiwi farms.

Seminars will run throughout England in October on farming, economic trends, immigration and foreign investment requirements, financing and property opportunities.

Bayleys national country manager Hamish Mitchell says the company
has so far sold more than $60 million worth of rural properties to British buyers.
