The latest stock sales for Northland look good.

The latest stock sales for Northland look good.

The rain is back but so far it is very local.

Very heavy further south but very light in the west and patchy in the east with a lot more forecast to come, however we should not complain as Autumn had been great so far.
Store cattle numbers have eased a
little recently and autumn feeder calves are also easing as calving is coming to an end.

Dargaville Sale:

Dargaville has eased this week after the large offering last week with more to come. Most of the offering was feeder calves which are still selling well. Good calves fetched $300 to $340 then $200 to $280, down to $120 to $180. Small calves made $50 to $80.
