Finalists have been named for the Northland Dairy Industry Awards.

Judging for the six Northland Dairy Trainee of the Year finalists will take place on Monday, with judges from Auckland and Waikato assessing the five Share Farmer of the Year finalists and five Dairy Manager of the Year finalists from Tuesday to Thursday next week.

Northland Dairy Industry Awards winners will be announced at a dinner in Whangarei on March 8.

The Northland winners will then be assessed against winners from all other regions with national titles awarded at the 2018 New Zealand Dairy Industry Awards dinner at ILT Stadium in Invercargill on May 12.

Lockey Harris, 21, of Riponui.

The Northland awards dinner is to be held at Toll Stadium on March 8. Tickets are $90 from https://dairyindustryawards.co.nz.
