Prices maintained in spite of a spell of hot and windy weather, reported Darryl Harwood of New Zealand Farmers Livestock.

3 year Hereford-Friesian cross steers 620kg made $2.84/kg.

2 year Hereford-Friesian cross steers 530kg made $2.68/kg, Speckle Park cross steers 503kg made $2.85/kg and Friesian steers 395kg made $2.63/kg.

2 year Angus bulls 472kg made $3.07/kg and Jersey bulls 315kg-547kg made $2.32/kg-$3.63/kg.

2 year Hereford-Friesian cross heifers 349kg-591kg made $2.80/kg-$2.90/kg, Murray Grey cross heifers 520kg made $2.79/kg, Red Devon cross heifers 423kg made $2.76/kg, Angus cross heifers 571kg made $2.78/kg and Friesian heifers 468kg made $2.48/kg.

18 month Hereford -Friesian cross steers 327kg made $3.15/kg, Belted Galloway cross steers 341kg made $2.88/kg and Friesian steers 309kg made $2.62/kg.

18 month Hereford-Friesian cross heifers 269kg-293kg made 3.11/kg-$3.16/kg and Belted Galloway cross heifers 360kg made $2.25/kg.

Weaner Hereford-Friesian cross bulls 104kg-225kg made $360-$560, Angus cross bulls 128kg-150kg made $390-$460, Speckle Park cross bulls 135kg made $540 and Red Devon cross bulls 248kg made $830.

Weaner Hereford-Friesian cross heifers 95kg-180kg made $390-$630, Red Devon cross heifers 246kg made $700 and Wagyu cross heifers 160kg made $450.

Boner cross bred cows 511kg made $1.57/kg and Jersey boners 425kg- 468kg made $1.44/kg-$1.60/kg.
