Craig spent many years abroad in the liquor industry and decided to head back home to pursue his dreamof running his own brewery. He channelled his childhood growing up amidst the coastal lifestyle of the Hawke's Bay and came up with the family-owned Bach Brewing.
Bach Brewing has just won two trophies at the 2017 New World Beer & Cider Awards, taking home gongs for Best in Class Pale Ale with their Driftwood Pacific, while their Whitsunday Blonde IPA took out the Wheat & Other Grain Beer Class.
