Once this important matter is put to bed The Country host Jamie Mackay moves on to the matter at hand, Lisa Kendall, a talented young woman who has just been named the Northern regional final winner for the FMG Young Farmer of the Year.

Radar reckons Kendall is "whip-smart" and that more experienced farmers could perhaps learn from the relative novice who is only the fourth woman to make it to the Grand Final.
