Professor Jacqueline Rowarth caught up with Dom George on The Country today to talk about the Fonterra Governance Vote taking place on the 10th October.

Rowarth says shareholders aren't pleased with a couple of issues around the Fonterra Governance vote model. She points out that the selection and voting processes are unclear and even unfair.
