Professor Jacqueline Rowarth caught up with Dom George on The Country to talk about the Fonterra Governance Vote taking place on the 10th October.

Professor Jacqueline Rowarth caught up with Dom George on The Country today to talk about the Fonterra Governance Vote taking place on the 10th October.

Rowarth says shareholders aren't pleased with a couple of issues around the Fonterra Governance vote model. She points out that the selection and voting processes are unclear and even unfair.

Rural depopulation is the next issue concerning the Professor at the moment. The experts are saying depopulation of rural areas is a growing problem and Rowarth is worried about the future of our rural communities when our youth don't return to the farm.
