Lisa Payne is the Head of Farm Source for Fonterra in the Bay of Plenty. She caught up with The Country Early Edition's Dom George for an update on what's happening in her region.

Lisa and Dom discuss the "flattish" Global Dairy Trade Event along with what's happening in the Bay of Plenty community.

A recent print advertisement celebrating Fonterra farmers was "awesome to see" says Payne, especially since it featured some impressive Bay of Plenty statistics.

Lisa also explains how Fonterra's Bay of Plenty farmers help to create the perfect croissant!
