Trade and foreign ministers have been negotiating to try to get a final agreement on TPP at APEC in Vietnam.
NZME's Head of Business Fran O'Sullivan spoke to The Country's Jamie Mackay saying that while there is agreement on a broad amount of the TPP, there is still a disputebetween Canada and Japan.
The TPP promises big gains for New Zealand's rural sector says O'Sullivan as it opens the door to overseas markets with which we don't have free trade at the moment.
Finally, Jamie asks Fran for her opinion of Jacinda Ardern's first two weeks as Prime Minister.
