Paul Grave is Head of the Waikato for Fonterra, he took a break from Christmas madness to chat to Dom George from The Country Early Edition.

Fonterra have made some changes to their winter milk business after talking to their suppliers who wanted more flexibility especially the Asian market. Grave explains the mechanics around the changes and the financial implications for farmers.
