Fonterra's Chief Operating Officer Miles Hurrell spoke to The Country's Dom George today about the latest Global Dairy Trade Event, which is the sixth positive result in a row.
Dairy prices have risen slightly overall but the important whole milk power price has slipped nearly 3 per cent. Miles reckonsdairy farmers will have a spring in their step regardless.
Another issue on Fonterra's agenda at the moment is the announcement of new standards around Palm Kernel Extract (PKE) that cows are being fed on farm.
