To highlight Mental Health Awareness Week The Country's Jamie Mackay catches up with the All Black who's the front man for Farmstrong - Sam Whitelock.

Farmstrong is an organisation supporting the mental and physical well-being of farmers. Whitelock says it's easy to get caught up in "thinking and breathing farming 24 hours a day 7 days a week" and he relates that to his rugby career.

Sam says his main message to farmers is to "have a yarn" with someone. It doesn't have to be an intense conversation, you can start to connect with someone just by having a chat about sport.

Speaking of sport...you can't interview an All Black without talking a bit of rugby!

You can find out more about Farmstrong here.
