Wheeler gives us an update on the view from his 11th storey apartment and how he's planning to spend fiancée Courtney's winnings fromThe Block.
Cowan had retired from rugby but is back again with the Southland Stags and has also been involved in the Rugby in our Blood documentary series recently.
