The February 1 sale had a good selection of two-year-old cattle which sold well to a solid buying bench.

Three-year-old white face heifers 505 kg made $1010 ($2.00) and cross breed heifers 455 kg made$1000 ($2.30).

Two-year-old white face steers 406 kg - 502 kg made up to $1385($2.68 - $2.99) and beef cross steers 345 kg - 490 kg made up to $1070 ($2.18 - $2.85). Cross breed steers 510 kg made up to $1350 ($2.65).

Two-year-old Friesian bulls 470 kg - 550 kg made up to $1010 ($2.31 - $2.62) and Jersey bulls 420 kg - 590 kg made up to $1510 ($2.22 - $2.58).

Two-year-old white face heifers 371 kg - 508 kg made up to $1380 ($2.45 - $2.73) and Friesian heifers 435 kg - 462 kg made up to $1010 ($2.14 - $2.18).

Eighteen-month-old cross breed steers 432 kg made $1115 ($2.58).

Fifteen-month-old white face steers 265 kg made $500 ($1.89).

Fifteen-month-old Angus cross bulls 335 kg made $850 ($2.54) and Friesian bulls 288 kg - 397 kg made up to $990 ($2.49). Jersey bulls 345 kg - 407 kg made up to $895 ($2.20) and cross breed bulls 220 kg - 290 kg made up to $580 ($2.00).

Fifteen-month-old white face heifers 192 kg - 285 kg made up to $570 ($1.95 - $2.96) and Friesian heifers 222 kg made $485 kg ($2.18).

Autumn born beef cross bulls 220 kg made $610 ($2.77) and cross breed bulls 209 kg made $480 ($2.30).

Weaner Friesian bulls 122 kg - 193 kg made up to $560 ($2.90 - $3.52) and cross breed bulls 155 kg - 280 kg made up to $560 ($2.00 - $2.06). White face bulls 111kg - 162 kg made up to $650 ($3.47 - $5.08) and Angus cross bulls 104 kg made $445 ($4.29). Jersey bulls 120 kg - 137 kg made up to $290 ($2.08 - $2.12).

Weaner white face heifers 109 kg - 155 kg made up to $545 ($2.90 - $4.64) and Friesian heifers 175 kg made $410 ($2.34).

Friesian boner cows 568 kg - 583 kg made up to $960 ($1.58 - $1.65) and cross breed cows 507 kg made $800 ($1.58). Jersey boners 485 kg made $800 ($1.41).

Porkers made $140 and weaner pigs made $70 - $92. Mixed age ewes made $63 - $69 and mixed sex lambs made $63 - $98.
