Jamie Mackay likes to think he's apolitical on The Country. Especially when it comes to Prime Minister John Key. So he leads today's interview with Labour's Primary Industry Spokesman Damien O'Connor by saying there's nothing to talk about due to the success of the current Government...

Funnily enough O'Connor disagrees with this comment and also Jamie's statement that we're currently experiencing a "rock star economy".

He's also not a fan of the Shanghai Maling deal with Silver Fern Farms. Perhaps there's something the two men can agree on? How about Fonterra? What about the Trump/Clinton debate?

There's one thing O'Connor and Mackay do see eye to eye on - they both deny they've been on junkets...all their trips are strictly work-related...
