All stock sold well. Not big on numbers but good quality.

Four day old calves F/H bulls $100-$200. B/B x bulls $150-$190.
New season lambs $140: old season $100-$140.

Store cattle cow and calf $900. F/H yearling steers $850-$950. Weaner Galloway steers $700. Yearling heifers $750. Autumn bulls cross-bred $400-$450.

The quality of the sale sat with the yearling cattle again with a good yarding considering the short week.

2 year Friesian and Friesian cross steers traded between $1.77 and $2.34/kg while 2 year dairy heifers traded between $1.75 and $2.45/kg. 2 year Hereford bulls 515 kg made $1900 and 760 kg made $2010. Friesian bulls 470 kg made $1270.

Yearling Friesian – Hereford steers 185 kg – 342 kg traded from $2.27 - $3.00/kg and Angus cross steers 237 kg - 305 kg made $450 - $680.

Yearling Friesian bulls 229 kg made $620, Friesian – Hereford bulls 340 kg made $850 and Charolais cross bulls 255 kg made $650.

Yearling Friesian – Hereford heifers 215 kg - 292 kg traded from $2.38 - $2.95/kg, Angus cross heifers 288 kg - 320 kg made $650 - $690 while Friesian cross and Jersey heifers traded between $1.24 and $1.78 /kg.

In the weaner pens, Friesian bulls 100 kg made $500 and Angus cross bulls 120 kg made $470. Autumn born Angus cross heifers 202 kg made $415 and Friesian – Hereford heifers 95 kg made $415.

In the calf pens, Friesian bull calves made $130, Hereford Friesian bull calves made $130 - $260 and Angus cross bull calves made $130 - $350.

Hereford Friesian heifer calves made $100 - $180 and Angus cross heifer calves made $100.
