Person seriously injured after being trapped under tractor in Kinloch

A person has been seriously injured and flown to hospital after becoming trapped under a tractor in Kinloch.

A St John spokeswoman said crews were called to a private property near Whangamata Rd about 3.20pm yesterday.

They sent one ambulance and a helicopter to the scene.

She said one person was flown to Waikato Hospital in a serious condition.

Fire crews and police also attended the scene.
