A man in his 40s has been taken to hospital by rescue helicopter after lacerating his arm while carrying out maintenance on a piece of machinery.
The Hawke's Bay Rescue Helicopter was sent to the rural property on Berry Rd, near Te Pohue, north of about 11.30am on Friday.
The
man was airlifted to Hawke's Bay Hospital in a moderate condition.
