The Country: Andrew Hore has left the tailing pen to help out his province in the Mitre 10 Cup final.
Andrew Hore was tailing lambs this morning and he may be playing rugby tonight! Jamie Mackay from The Country caught up with the 38 year old Maniototo farmer today on his way to the airport.
A full game of rugby is no mean feat by anyone's standards but at 38,playing for Otago will be a bit of a stretch. Hore is ready for the challenge, but just in case Mackay has enlisted Joe Wheeler to give his learned opinion all the way from Japan.
It's safe to say that Wheeler's opinion is slightly ageist. Luckily Hore gets his own back by getting in some sweet product placement before "Wheeler Dealer" gets a chance.
