Federated Farmers Dairy Chair Andrew Hoggard caught up with Dom George to talk all things dairy.
Naturally the slightly sobering GDT result is the first topic and Hoggard says it's a reminder to everyone not to get too carried away with the hype.
The shortage of calf milk powder isa concern but Hoggard knows why this is happening and lets Dom in on the reasons for the supply dwindling.
Dom and Andrew also discuss the Fonterra Governance vote. Federated Farmers are encouraging people to get involved in the process as it ensures that "farmers remain in charge".
