The parents of a 1-year-old boy sickened by tainted milk powder filed a lawsuit against San Lu Group Co, seeking 150,000 yuan ($32,355) in compensation, the Beijing Youth Daily reported.
The boy, who was found to have kidney stones, had drunk more than 100 bags of SanLu's milk powder since he was born in July last year in Henan province.
