Do problems with traffic lights at Westend affect you?

It's hard to come out of Malfroy and on to Old Taupo Rd because the lights change so quick. It feels like it changes after three cars.

The problem is people don't know what to do when they are broken. Also, quite often there are older kids that run across and little kids see that and copy.
