As the weather gets cold and your kids keep growing they might need some new warm clothes, or maybe you have a baby on the way and need to stock up on gear.
If so, this Saturday's kids' secondhand gear sale is for you.
Rotorua Parents' Centre is holding its secondhand kids'gear sale to fundraise for the centre and as a way to give back to the community.
Centre president Claire Armstrong said there would be things like baby baths, clothes, pushchairs, kids' stuff, sporting equipment, toys and books for sale.
"Books and toys sell extremely well," she said.
She said the sale would be useful for people who were pregnant or had small babies.
"In previous sales, baby clothes and baby equipment have been abundant and of extremely good quality, at very good prices."
Mrs Armstrong said the benefits of the event were threefold, with a win for everyone.
"People selling get to sell their old things, people buying get bargains, and the Parents Centre benefits."
Rotorua Parents Centre is moving to a new venue next month and needs funds to cover moving costs.
This is the third sale of its kind and the last one in November raised about $700 for the centre.
"Now we've done it a few times, organisation is getting easier," Mrs Armstrong said.
She hoped the day would go well.
"I hope that everyone comes along and gets a bargain."
All available selling tables have been sold, so there is sure to be a good line up of things available to buy.
There will be refreshments available from a sausage sizzle, a bake sale and a coffee truck. The sale is on Saturday May 7 from 9am to 12pm at Westbrook School Hall, Malfroy Rd.
