More than 120 exhibits will be on show at the Women's Lifestyle Expo.

More than 120 exhibits will be on show at the Women's Lifestyle Expo.

Women of all ages are expected to flock to the Pettigrew-Green Arena in Taradale tomorrow, as the Women's Lifestyle Expo opens its doors.

NZME general manager Renee Murray said she was expecting a turnout of 6000 with more than 120 exhibits from throughout New Zealand on offer.

There would be "everything a girl would want", from jewellery and make-up to soy candles and bags.

"We will be bringing a fabulous experience to the women of Hawke's Bay, with so many wonderful companies all under the one roof," Ms Murray said.

Among the exhibits was local jeweller Grieve Diamond Jewellery, displaying a new Australian brand, "Alex and Ani".

Grieve Diamond Jewellery assistant manager James Griffiths said he could not wait to showcase the company's stall to the women of the region.

"We have brought in Alex and Ani as it focuses on being positive and only having good vibes."

The stall will give visitors the opportunity to write a positive message on a link and attach it to a chain.

"The idea behind this is that there will be one large, positive message created from a range of different people."

Saleswoman Haylee Brittin said she was also excited to be a part of the expo.

"Everyone uses jewellery to make them feel and look good, so it is something all women can relate to."

Natasha Hemara, creator of local brand AscentedFlame, was bringing her scented soy candles to the expo, which she hand crafted with crystal stemware.

"They give off a luxurious fragrance and bring a relaxing feel into the room when they burn," Mrs Hemara said.

She said she was excited about being involved with the women's event, as she had two young girls and understood the importance of empowering and inspiring young women.

The expo would also feature a make-up lounge, where Moisture Mish would give makeovers to customers so they could buy what suited them.

There was a range of health and lifestyle stalls on offer, which would provide information on keeping fit and healthy.

Food would also be a part of the day, with popular Kapiti Artisan Bread, High Protein Breakfast Company and Heavens Bakery attending.

Goodie bags are available throughout the day at $20 each, including mascara, a scarf, lip gloss, oils and more, usually priced at $80.
