The Castlecliff Club has donated $3000 to Wanganui Hospice after its annual fundraising show.

The donation is a healthy improvement on last
year when the club donated $2400. A spokesperson for the club said it had been progressive over the past few years with help for the community. "We sponsor the mid-winter swim, our local schools and fundraising activities that benefit the children of Wanganui."
Hospice Wanganui spokesperson Valda Brechmanis said they appreciated the "very generous" donation from the club. It has not yet been earmarked for a project.
