The Bay of Plenty Volcanix will host Wellington in Whakatane for their last match of the season.

Volcanix coach Pere Paul has named his side to play Wellington in the Women's National Provincial Championship at Rugby Park at 3pm today.

The Volcanix have notched one win and four losses this year during their second season back in the national top grade.

Several changes have been made to the side who suffered a heavy loss to Auckland last weekend.

Kate Henwood will return to loosehead prop, with Misty Mika moving back to lock. Luka Connor and Lauralee Hillman will resume their places in the starting line-up, with Connor at No8 and Hillman at fullback.
