Rain put paid to any likelihood of play in the fourth round of the Baywide Williams Cup.
The Mt Maunganui and Dawson Insurance Eastern Pirates game was the only one to get under way on Saturday.
Josh Lee made 40 as Eastern Pirates got to 140/9 in 43 overs.
After more rain breaks Mt Maunganui were set a revised target of 98 off 38 overs.
But at 27/2 off 10 overs the rain returned and forced players from the field.
The washout leaves Rotorua clubs Central and Eastern Pirates as joint leaders.
Meanwhile, the first day of the North Island Under 15 tournament in Rotorua was abandoned yesterday morning.
Providing the rain has abated enough to allow outfields at Neil Hunt and Puarenga Parks to drain, one day games will be played today starting at 12pm.
Northern Districts will meet Central Districts and Wellington will take on Auckland.
In round two Northern are scheduled to meet Wellington at Smallbone Park with Central to meet Auckland at Boord Park.
