Rotorua's All Seasons Holiday Park is a finalist in the AA Traveller Spirit of Hospitality Awards.
The awards recognise and celebrate the effort put in by the people who provide the experiences at New Zealand holiday parks.
The shortlist has been drawn up by a panel of judges.
AA Travellersupports domestic tourism in New Zealand by publishing and distributing more than three million maps and accommodation guides every year to assist motorists and visitors as they explore the country.
AA Traveller National Sales Manager Lynne Graham says providing great hospitality is an essential ingredient for any accommodation provider.
"Great hospitality can be the icing on the cake when it comes to exceeding guests' expectations and it's heart-warming to see just how much commitment entrants for the award this year have made to ensure they provide top service.
"I congratulate each of the finalists on setting the bar as high as they have. It is entirely possible for any of the finalists to take home the award so it is going to be difficult to select a winner."
The winner of the AA Traveller Spirit of Hospitality Award will be announced on Wednesday, June 25 at the HAPNZ Conference in Blenheim.
The five finalists are: All Seasons Holiday Park Rotorua, Aspiring Holiday Park & Motels, Wanaka, Bowentown Beach Holiday Park, Waihi Beach, Mawley Holiday Park, Masterton and Mercury Bay Holiday Park, Whitianga.
The judging panel was made up of representatives from the AA and AA Traveller, Qualmark, HAPNZ and Inside Tourism.
