Emergency services responding to two-car crash on State Highway 5, Ngongotahā

Emergency services are responding to a two-car crash in Ngongotahā.

A police spokeswoman said the crash, at the intersection of State Highway 5 and Western Rd, was reported about 10am.

There was a significant blockage to the road and appeared to be minor injuries, she said.

A St John spokeswoman said one ambulance was on the scene and treated a patient with minor injuries.
