Senior Sergeant Steven Shaw said they had reports of what looked like a plane crash and were at the scene.

He said they knew there was a topdressing plane in the area but they knew where it was and it was safe.

He said they were still searching the area to make sure there wasn't another plane which may have crashed.

Mr Shaw said sometimes it could look like a crash when a plane gets close to a hill but it had not actually crashed.
