Expo organiser Renee Murray said she was "very excited about coming back to Hawke's Bay again".
She said the event generated lots of money within the community and would allow local companies to showcase themselves.
The recent Wellington Expo proved popular, with numbers almost double previous years. The organising team was confident Hawke's Bay would have a similar experience. Stallholders are already signing up and 140 companies are expected to be involved in the two-day event to be held at the Pettigrew Green Arena. Sandy Phillips, from Kapiti Artisan Bakehouse in Otaki, can't wait to bring her artisan bread to Hawke's Bay.
"I've signed up to all of them, they're just fantastic."
Ms Murray said her team was "very excited about coming back to Hawke's Bay again".
"There is not a week goes by we don't receive an email or phone call asking us when we are coming back to Hawke's Bay, so I'm so happy to finally say that, yes, we are coming back."
