"It's ideal for those who like the idea of camping but without the hassle of pitching tents and blowing up airbeds, and there's no need to share your bathroom or kitchen with other campers. Plus we're pet-friendly, too. The genuine African safari tent is from Namibia, possibly the only safari tent located on a boutique vineyard," Ms Pentelow said.
Activities range from going for a wander around the vineyard and having a picnic amongst the vines, relaxing in a hammock with (or without) a book, practising campfire cooking, or simply playing on the many outdoor games provided.
Not far from the property, guests can explore the many wineries in the area, swim at the nearby ''Horseshoe bend'' swimming hole, have a go at trout fishing in the Tuki Tuki river, bring a bike and make the most of the Hawke's Bay trails and wine tours or relax on the many beaches on offer.
"We really enjoy seeing our guest's reactions to the place, even though they have seen the photos on the internet and have some idea of what to expect, many of them are still blown away by the space, facilities and environment when they arrive," Ms Pentelow said.
