Kiwi journalist Jack Tame caught in heated protest outside Trump Tower

Kiwi journalist Jack Tame is caught in an angry mob of protesters outside Trump Towers in midtown Manhattan.

Hundreds of chanting protesters are facing off police outside the building on Fifth Ave, as tensions boil over following yesterday's election results.

One man in the crowd was shouting "NYPD how many protesters you kill today".
