Mr Freeman has been devastated by her sudden death.
"Priscilla touched everyone's lives and was such a giving person always putting herself last. She leaves an unfillable hole in several lives," he wrote on Facebook in tribute to his "soulmate" who he called PC.
"Such a wonderful person and one in a million. I love you my wee girl. Rest in peace gorgeous girl. All I have is beautiful memories xxxxxxx."
Her funeral will be held at Harewood Crematorium Chapel at 1.30pm on Friday.
Mrs Freeman was one of New Zealand's top bodybuilders in the 90s and early 2000s.
In 2001, she was runner up in the Miss Universe crown in the short figure category after winning the New Zealand title that year.
