BNZ Customers are currently unable to access internet banking according to an outage report on their website.
A BNZ spokeswoman said there is no known cause for the outage but they expect services will be back up soon.
"Customers should be aware it could be intermittent."
There is no indication or concern that it could have been a malicious attack.
They sent a tweet earlier saying they were experiencing issues with internet banking.
