Tremains is proud of its relationship with the local community.

Tremains is proud of its relationship with the local community.

With close to half a century in the business, Tremains, a reliable and trusted name in Hawke's Bay real estate is now offering the same exceptional service to the Taupo community from their office at 70 Ruapehu Street, Taupo.

Founded by All Black and local rugby legend, Kel Tremain in 1970, Tremains is now led by Kel's son Managing Partner Simon Tremain and business partner Cam Ward. Over the past few years they have grown the business significantly with five offices across Hawke's Bay, in Napier, Taradale, Hastings and Havelock North and now the fifth office in Taupo.

Launching on the back of the success of Sotheby's at the top end of the market in Taupo the addition of Tremain Real Estate means the entire market is now covered.

Tremains welcomes several familiar local experts in real estate who will deliver the people of the great lake an opportunity to experience the high level of commitment Tremains offers.

Tremains Taupo Sales Manager Deb Lymburn-Tane heads the experienced team with PA Rachael Hyde at her side. Taupo is Deb's hometown and these strong ties, and love for the area, ensure her local contacts and knowledge are unsurpassed. An extensive understanding of Taupo market trends, up-to-date local buyer/seller habits and expectations are all evident in her numerous industry awards and results, with many of her listings from her multitude of loyal and trusting repeat clients and referrals.

Deb is really excited to be bringing this new, fresh brand to the market. The Tremain group has its own full functioning head office in Napier with support services such as IT, marketing and finance.

Stacey Zuccati, a long time Taupo resident, who knows the market inside out, has also joined the team. Stacey is empathatic, transparent and completely committed to the needs of every client which is why she is one of the most successful agents in the Taupo area. Her team comprises PA Krissy Somerville and Sales Assistant Tom Cremins.

Husk Halligan, an established local agent, completes the sales team. Between them all they offer an unmatched knowledge of property to best serve the Taupo community.

Tina Edwards, the experienced property management expert, heads the rental side of the business. Prior to embarking on her property management career, Tina held senior roles in insurance and management for over 20 years. This gives her a unique skill set that enables her to effectively manage her Property Management portfolio.

With a commitment to family values of trust, excellence, community and fun, Tremains is proud of its relationship with the community and sponsors a variety of clubs and organisations.
