Dynamic and versatile back, Tim Nanai-Williams has extended his contract with the Chiefs for 2015.

The 24-year-old has played 62 matches for the Chiefs and stated that to re-sign with the Chiefs was an easy decision.

"I am really happy where I am at - this is my home. I have some goals that I want to achieve and believe this is the place I need be to reach them."

Nanai-Williams has been in stellar form for the Chiefs with his creative, attacking flair and solid defence. This season alone, he has scored five tries and played three different positions in the back line.

Chiefs' coach Dave Rennie said "Ultimately, Tim is a top man. He has been a huge part of our success over the past couple of seasons and we are rapt he's back on deck next year.

"He's a member of our Leadership group and defence group and has a positive influence on our younger players. He is having a fantastic season, the quality of his skill set is evident in the multiple positions he has played for us this year."

Nanai-Williams joined the Chiefs in 2010. He has represented New Zealand in the Sevens and plays his ITM Cup for current Ranfurly Shield holders, Counties Manukau Steelers.
