Amanda Landers-Murphy has secured a spot in the women's doubles semifinals after a comprehensive victory over England at the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games.

The Rotorua squash star and partner Joelle King beat England 11-10 11-5 at the Oxenford Studios.

Their semifinal is at 4pm (NZT) tomorrow against Australia.

Meanwhile King and Paul Coll will play India in the mixed doubles semifinal tonight at 8pm (NZT).

Landers-Murphy and Coll were eliminated from the mixed doubles in the round of 16 stage yesterday.
