Rotorua brothers Liam and Kaedyn Stops have been recognised among the best Domino's franchisees across Australia and New Zealand at the Domino's Rally, the Company's annual conference.

Liam and Kaedyn own both the Koutu and Redwood stores in Rotorua and have recently purchased their third store in Taupo, moving closer to their goal of owning five stores in five years. They are Domino's youngest franchisees.

Liam said they were pleased to receive the award however; every day was a new beginning in the business.

"The best recognition we can hope for is our customers coming back because of the quality of their last Domino's experience; that's our challenge every day and one we aspire to live up to," he said.

Domino's Leadership Eagle Award is given to franchisees who represent the best of the best, with outstanding leadership and operational success.

The award is highly sought-after within Domino's; with only a handful given across its 800 plus stores in Australia and New Zealand each year. Domino's New Zealand general manager Cameron Toomey said the brothers' passion for pizza and excellent customer service is the key to their success.

"Liam and Kaedyn started their Domino's journey when they were just 12 years old, they started managing their local store when Liam was just 16 and went on to become our youngest ever franchisee's when they bought a store in Rotorua at the ages of 18 and 19 respectively," Toomey said.

"Customers are at the centre of their business. They constantly embrace innovations or improvements that will enhance their customer's experience, from exceptional customer service to delivering piping hot pizza.

"Liam and Kaedyn show a level of leadership well beyond their years and have developed a system of excited staff members who are primed to be the next generation of managers and franchisees."
