The Bay of Plenty sevens teams are off to a perfect start at the Bayleys National Sevens in Rotorua.
Both the men's and women's teams are on track to make the cup playoffs tomorrow.
The Bay men convincingly won their first match today against Canterbury (28-7) and the Baywomen's team have won their opening two matches against Taranaki (29-7) and Wellington (19-14).
Both teams have two matches left to play today during pool play, with playoffs tomorrow at the Rotorua International Stadium.
The Bay women will play Canterbury at 3.20pm today and Manawatu at 5.20pm. Meanwhile, the men will do battle with Counties Manukau at 4pm and South Canterbury at 6.40pm, which is the last match of the day.
