Serious injuries in Rotorua crash, police investigate

One person was seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash in Rotorua on Thursday afternoon.

Emergency services were called to the crash at the intersection of Malfroy Rd and Pukeko St about 4.30pm.

The road was closed for several hours.

Police confirmed that one person had serious injuries.

“Inquiries are ongoing,” a spokesperson said.
