Police in hunt for white van

Rotorua police are urgently trying to locate a white van with a blue stripe above the windscreen and roof.

At about 7.45am today a 10-year-old boy was approached by a man driving a white van as he walked to school along Gordon Rd, Rotorua.

The van is described white with a blue stripe above the windscreen and roof with black wheel rims or mags.

The man asked the boy to get into the vehicle, and offered him money.

Police urgently want to speak to anyone who has seen this vehicle, know anyone that drives a van that could fit this description.
