The passenger of a car which crashed at Paengaroa has died.
He was Nepalese man, Raj Kumar Mahat of Rotorua.
The 33-year-old was in a car which crashed with another vehicle on State Highway 33 last Monday.
He died at Waikato Hospital yesterday.
Police enquiries were continuing and no further
