Twenty new car parking spaces are being added to Rotorua's inner city
Works are currently underway to remove the old bus parking bays in Pukuatua Street and replace them with car parking spaces, with the project expected to be finished by the end of September.

St was recently replaced by four new bus stops across the inner city - in Amohia Street, Arawa Street, Fenton Street, and in Rotorua Central mall
Rotorua's inner city has approximately 5000 vehicle parking spaces - more than 3513 spaces provided by Rotorua Lakes Council and a further 1663 parking spaces at Rotorua Central mall.
When complete, the new Green Corridor through the inner city will use 50 public car park spaces.
