"It's been a good show," she said.
"The exhibitors are happy, and there have been a lot of big purchases and new exhibitors.
"The feedback from the public has been that they have had a good time, and as usual the kids' area has been very popular."
Mrs Davy said there had been a constant flow of visitors coming through the doors which had contributed to a "great atmosphere" over the three days.
"The cooking demonstrations in particular have gone down extremely well."
Darrin Walsh, chief executive of the Rotorua Chamber of Commerce, was pleased with the reaction to a series of seminars given at the show by experts in building, real estate and the finance industries .
Mr Walsh said the seminars, which were a new addition for 2015, had received interest from the public and good feedback from the presenters.
Even just a stroll around the exhibition hall was enough for some to pick up some fresh knowledge.
Michael Rangihau from Rotorua said at first he had mistakenly thought the Home Show was a children's event, but ended up being interested in a number of the displays on offer. He had even learned a new trick that could come in handy during the cold winter months.
"Polyster insulation ... I didn't know you could do that."
