To celebrate the Te Aka Mauri Open Day this Saturday, locals are invited to travel free on Rotorua Cityride buses.
Te Aka Mauri incorporates the new Rotorua Library and Rotorua Children's Health Hub, and people are invited to a day of free entertainment and activities.
Jump on a Cityride busto town and enjoy the performers, storytellers and guest speakers. There is also face painting, workshops, prizes and giveaways.
Dr Johan Morreau will give a live presentation of his highly acclaimed TED talk, The first 1000 days of life at 10.30am and again at 11.45am.
2014 New Zealander of the Year Dr Lance O'Sullivan will speak at 11.15am.
