A 2016 Vodafone Pacific Music Award winning artist is set to perform at this year's Rotorua GLO Festival.

The lineup for the evening has been announced, and is set to be a great night of entertainment with Tamati Coffey as MC.

The GLO Party 2016's acts will be Vodafone Pacific Music Award winning Vince Harder and The Oneill Twins, along with local artists Stylus and Stella Maris.

There will also be special performances by Promise Royal, Without Delay featuring Rob Howard, DJ Eight80 and the winners of the GLO Spot Buskers Competition.

Harder was born and raised in West Auckland, where his love of music and performing flourished.

This year he won the 2016 Vodafone Pacific Music Awards for the Best Pacific Male Artist and the Best Pacific Urban Artist awards for his album Rare Vision.

The Oneill Twins, Stacia and Brooke Oneill, are talented and passionate dancers and musicians, with a list of achievements.

These include a role in the New Zealand movie Born To Dance, competing with ReQuest Dance Crew (Palace Dance Company) and performing with Jennifer Lopez on the finale of American Idol.

Stylus are a local duo, two parts vocalists - one part DJ, with a taste of funk, soul, hip hop, dance, reggae and RnB inspired music.

Stella Maris has returned to Rotorua after spending three months overseas performing with a seven-piece band as a lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist.

Local singer and model Promise Royal is an up and coming performer who recently took out the Matariki Star Search.

The GLO Spot Buskers Competition is open, inviting singers, dancers, and entertainers to enter online to win cash and perform on the GLO Party Stage.

More than 15,000 people are expected to attend the event, being held December 29 to 31 at the Rotorua Lakefront.
