Three teams will take perfect records into the third round of the Lonestar Baywide T20 cricket competition, to be played in Rotorua and the Eastern Bay of Plenty.

Sitting at the top of the standings courtesy of their run rate is Mount Maunganui, who remain undefeated along with Eves Realty Greerton and City Sports Bar Te Puke.

Rotorua Central will be looking to join the leaders tomorrow after recording one win and one loss in their opening two games.

Central will face off against City Sports Bar Te Puke in their first match tomorrow at Rex Morpeth Park in Whakatane.

The match will likely produce a close encounter as the two teams meet for the second successive weekend.

In Central's second match of the day tomorrow they play East Bay United.

Element IMF Cadets will be expected to beat BOP Indians in Rotorua, but the Rotorua-based Indians have a number of all-rounders and could trouble the visitors at Boord Park.

The Indians' second match will be against the youth and raw talent of Tauranga Boys' College. The form batsman in recent weeks is Tauranga Boys' player Ben Musgrave, who blasted a century against Cadets on the opening day of the T20 competition.

Meanwhile, Mount Maunganui will travel to Whakatane where they play East Bay United in their first game tomorrow.

The Eastern Bay side usually thrive at home, with the club likely to field a strong line-up against the Mount visitors.

Two Eastern Bay players from different spectrums of playing experience could play a prominent part in the Mount game.

Veteran batsman Stephen Ford has been in good touch in the middle while Jeff Omar is a young bowler of real promise.

In spite of the Mount losing five players to the Bay of Plenty representative side that is playing Counties Manukau, Mount Maunganui will still field a strong line-up.

Eves Realty Greerton will also lose several representative players and face a real test against defending T20 champions Tauranga Boys' College.

Lonestar Baywide T20 draw tomorrow:

Round Three (12pm): Element IMF Cadets v BOP Indians, Boord 1; Tauranga Boys' College v Eves Realty Greerton, Boord 2; City Sports Bar Te Puke v Central, Rex Morpeth 1; East Bay United v Mount Maunganui, Rex Morpeth 2.

Round Four (3.45pm): Central v East Bay United, Rex Morpeth 1; Mount Maunganui v City Sports Bar Te Puke, Rex Morpeth 2; BOP Indians v Tauranga Boys' College, Boord 1; Eves Realty Greerton v Element IMF Cadets, Boord 2.

Points Table: Mount Maunganui 7, Greerton 7, Te Puke 7, Tauranga Boys' College 4, Central 4, East Bay United 1, Cadets 1, BOP Indians 0.
