Public Service Commissioner Sir Brian Roche will speak to the media about the inquiry's findings.

Rotorua police are appealing for sightings of Mark Taute, also known as Mark Edwards.

The 51-year-old has been reported missing and there are concerns for his welfare, police said in a statement.

He was last seen on February 9 in the Hamurana area of Rotorua.

Police asked anyone who had seen Edwards since then, or had information on his possible whereabouts, to contact police on 105 and quote file number 250213/7033.
