Chiefs halfback and former Rotorua Boys' High School student Te Toiroa Tahuriorangi will attend the All Blacks 'Foundation Day' in Wellington today.
The in-form halfback will attend the day with fellow North-Island based Chiefs, Blues, and Hurricanes players which aims to lay the foundation for the upcoming All Blacks season.
Tahuriorangi was born and raised in Rotorua and went to Rotorua Boys' High School.
He was in the Maori All Blacks team who played the British and Irish Lions in Rotorua last year.
Tahuriorangi, who has had a impressive start to the season for the Chiefs, will be fighting to secure the third halfback spot in the All Blacks behind Aaron Smith and TJ Perenara.
